Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix your flour, salt and baking soda.
Make a small hole in the center of the bowl and pour in your buttermilk.
Mix the ingredients until the dough forms. Do not overmix o it will become tough.
Place the dough onto your prepared baking pan with the parchment paper.
Use a sharp knife to score a deep x on top of the bread.
Bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
Tap the bottom of the bread and listen for the hollow sound.
Allow the bread to cool on a cooling rack before serving.
